The local police thought they could join hands and, with their fence of blue, herd the woolly things onto a cattle truck. This did not work out well. Finally, the bison were enticed onto the truck with donuts. Ah yes, good ole' America...Betty Barbara here--<br />Ah yes, good ole' American bison--I was hoping to find on YouTube the clip of some poor guy trying to round up several bison that had strayed from a local farm and had gotten onto a local tennis court. Watching those bison jump the net was a real treat!<br /><br />I was a teenager in the mid-60's when "groovy" had its heyday, when "bitchin'" was surfer-speak for something really great, and so on.
