Christmas Carol is one of my ...Betty Barbara here--<br />Christmas Carol is one of my favorite stories and I have enjoyed almost all of the versions. But my two favorites are the early 1950's one with Alistair Sim as Scrooge, for the straight telling of the story, and "The Muppet Christmas Carol" for the fun re-telling. Watching Michael Caine interact with Kermit is too cool!<br />The George C Scott version you feature was good-because with Scott, it couldn't not be-it is tied, in my mind, with the 1938(?)version with Gene Lockhart as Scrooge. <br />Must get my hands on "We're No Angels" soonest!
