My only suggestion for this fellow is kinda sad. He's in one of my favorite movies, For Roseanna aka Roseanna's Grave. After seeing the movie, I wanted to know more about him, only to find he died the year after the movie was made. <a href='http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=13067293">Mark Frankel What a shame to lose him so young.
If you haven't seen this movie, order it from Net Flicks and don't be put off by the dark themes. It's fun, romantic, and has a great ending.
Betty Barbara here-- Wow Betty Mary--you sure do have an eye! He's so cute! And yes, died entirely too young. Who do you pick for our beret-topped pouting young lady? I think she looks sorta like a young Princess Diana (yeah, I know she's not blonde, but still.....)

OMG, that's what I was going to say, Betty Barbara. That look she has is definitely the patented "Shy Di" look.
