Oh my, I don't know if I'm ready to read another mousy girl who's evil sister wants her man. Even harder to bear is my copy has a Christmas Tree and I usually only read these in July! (Just joking, well not but I can make exceptions ;-)
And speaking of the old cover, Mary Jane has the look of Betty Kylene, mostly in the eyes.
Such a cozy one, with the un-trained-for-anything heroine getting to keep the same job throughout, and doing it well, and all the lovely food and nice friends and a semi-heroic cat. I always re-write it in my head so the sister is nice, too, and gives Mary Jane an occasional taste of the fleshpots (a taste is all she'd want).

Oh good, one I have on my Kindle! BTW - I am enjoying this blog almost as much as the novels themselves!
