  1. A Christmas Romance is a lovely confection of La Neels in the purest form. Perfect for an afternoon by the fire while a winter storm rages outside. Love it!

  2. Uh oh, the name "Theodosia" just makes me think of Aaron Burr's daughter of whom he was--hmmm, extraordinarily fond. She didn't end well....

I remember reading My Theodosia by Anya Seton (mumble, mumble) years ago as an impressionable teen and going through a whole box of Kleenex in the process. She died so young--(30).

  4. Googling Theodosia Burr now...

  5. Gah! I don't have A Christmas Romance. How many times have I made the list and checked it twice (no -- they're all nice; she didn't write anything naughty!) -- only to discover later that I don't have something.

I'm going to keep my fingers cross that it arrives in time. In the meantime, I have Damsel in Green to read. When are you guys reviewing that?

  6. So excited for A Christmas Romance! I went to my local Neels-connection (ie: used bookstore) just this weekend trying to get the last of my fix because they were having a store-closing sale. (Luckily I found out they have another location about 15 minutes away) I brought along my alphabetized list of the over 100 books I already, and off to the right I had made a note to look for "Mistletoe Magic", an omnibus I had seen on Amazon months ago, that had a Neels with the heroine Theodosia. And what do you know, the very first book I found was "Mistletoe Magic". So I'm all set.

  7. Betty Magdalen: We reviewed Damsel in Green on March 11th (and if I knew how to hyperlink, this is where I would put it...)

Betty Michele: If you haven't read A Christmas Romance yet, you're in for a sweet treat.

  8. Rats, Betty Magdalen, I was fixing to see if you had a extra copy of A Christmas Romance!

Is it only in Mistletoe Magic?

  9. It is nice, Betty Michele, to know that I'm not the only one who carried around an alphabetized list in my purse...

  10. A Christmas Romance can be found teamed up with A Christmas Proposal (another fun one!).

  11. Thank You Betty Debbie! My book marks came today. That was extra sweet of you to send me something! And who can't use an extra bookmark or twelve!
Just finished A Christmas Romance last week, still working on Mistletoe Kiss, and got Fulk waiting in the wings.

  13. The italics and bold are quite easy...I just need a little practice with the hyperlink.

Here's my attempt at a link to Mistletoe Kiss

  14. Thank you Betty Magdalen for the tutorial!!! I think I'll print up a copy and stick it next to my moniter - because it will take this thick brain a while before the hyperlink comes naturally.

  15. Not to worry, Betty Debbie -- I've had to relearn the hyperlink several times. And I still can't do columns. Betty Ross can do columns in HTML (so that photos can go side-by-side), but he's a show-off.

Here's the software he's written all by himself.
