  1. AAARRGGHHH! No joke--this was what I was working on AND (I'm not making this up) MY first day was "a ride in a socking Bentley"!

Yikes--I gotta start over, but Betty Laura's were waaay funnier than mine--although I did throw in 4 RTAs, an 11-bedroom mansion and 12 proofs of Brighton.

  2. Buckets of Blooms, Lashings of whipped cream, and the silkiest of jersey scarfs for BettyLaura!
Okay, how many of you actually sang this all the way through! Me, Me Me!!! May I suggest one prophylactic change with regard to our delicate tongue muscles. On the first day, may we sing RDD in place of the phrase written out.
I'm truely tongue tied and tired!
    What fun this is!

  3. Mcckelly16: Feel free to abbreviate Rich Dutch doctor to RDD on all but the last verse - that way you'll have a big finish!

  4. Betty Barbara here--
Well, Betty Margaret and I are also working on a 12 Days riff--
So, Betty JoDee, you are not alone. I think we will go ahead and post ours anyway; we blew off entirely too much housework e-mailing our ideas back and forth!

To Betty Laura--very clever and well done!
