Got this one warming up in the bull pen, which for me is the antique book rack in the master bedroom loo. I do it to keep the other Bettys in the fam from taking off with it. This cover is way cooler than the red one I've got. The lights are hanging a little low, but Betty's name is hogging the sky.
Well, at least this title has something to do with the book. Yes, I agree with Betty Anonymous, Jake is totally awesome and a little sexier from the start (instead of stern) than most of Betty's heroes.
After the chore that has been given us by Betty Keira, I feel we deserve a day in Tromso. As Betty for some unknown reason gives us nothing save a trip to the Cathedral, (Church of Norway?) This blog shows the northern most Burger King in the world. A frugal meal for two costs $30! She gives a little more detail on Trondheim. If you view all 3 pages you'll see the Dutch Royal Family. These photos helped me to stay with the story since we are no longer on 'familiar' territory, ie: England. Now I want to cruise to Norway and see the Northern Lights (already on my bucket list). Full credit and my thanks to whoever posted these blogs, they are most enlightening.
A massive solar eruption may trigger an exceptional weekend northern lights display, perhaps bringing the phenomenon into view as far south as California and Alabama, a NASA scientist says. The CME is expected to hit our planet at 6:20 a.m. EDT (1020 GMT) Saturday (July 14), plus or minus seven hours, according to researchers with the Space Weather Lab at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Md.
I'd love to see the northern lights, but who knows if Texas will.
Fjord falling and an INJURED HERO!
ReplyDeleteNorway - I have always adored Jake - never could stand that two-timing yellow-bellied Norwegian.

The book cover made me think of this news:
